LOVE This recipe (from cate’s world kitchen) Basically you make the pasta in milk and you use that as the sauce so there is no straining involved. I hate getting my strainer out for a little bit of pasta. I added some smoked sausage to this because Its delicious. So it’s like adult hotdogs and mac and cheese haha
- 2 smoked sasuage links
- 2 cup milk
- 2 cup pasta
- 1 cup cheese
Chop up the sausage and cook it in the pan with 1-2 tbs of water. Remove from pan when thoroughly cooked. Add milk and pasta. Keep on medium heat stirring occasionally. Add salt as desired. When pasta is tender and milk is sticking to pasta add in cheese and stir. Add the sausage back in and ENJOY!
